[texworks] Icon Update

Hi,

I've updated the icon. These are the changes:
 * It's now in vector format (svg, made with Inkscape), so it should be
much easier for everybody to get it at any possible size.
 * As part of the conversion process, I cleaned the icon up a little bit
and gave it what I consider to be a more icon-ish look. I also broadened
the upper bar of the letter T (as requested by Alain). Technically, this
means the letter is no longer representing the cm font family, but I
think it's close enough, no one will really notice, and it should make
the icon a bit easier to understand at low resolutions.

I've included the most common sizes as png files (as usual). I also
followed Joel's guide to build a windows icon, hope it works.

Hope you like this new version (otherwise just ignore it ;)).
