This last option is not very user friendly.
It is rather weird to "typeset" a document in order to run bibtex and  
make the bibliography.
It would be much better to have a menu entry called "Make the  
Bibliography", "Make the Glossary" or "Make the Index".
This is a self explanatory user interface.
