Mac OS X 10.5, Xe(La)TeX, Memoir, TeXShop and TeXWorks. I do
linguistics and use Unicode in my TeX source extensively. I used to be
a Unix nerd and used Emacs & AucTeX, but the Emacs implementations on
Mac OS X still suck IMNSHO.
