[texworks] changing spelling language crashes TW even with QT 4.4.1

Hi all!

Could we reopen Issue #1 on the Google-Code page?
I'm running TexWorks r.161 on Windows XP Professional, and with both, 
the dll's available from the download-page, and the QT 4.4.1 ones from 
Trolltech's site TW crashes exactly as described in Issue #1. If that's 
of any importance, I have tried using the German, US-English, and 
UK-English dictionaries (one at a time) that come with OpenOffice 2.4.1.
