In general, many packages in the preamble will not work for lwarp's HTML conversion, in many cases because they are replaced by a layer of emulation, and so the \usepackage{} commands and related options must be inside \begin{warpprint} and \end{warpprint}. There are other steps to take as well; see the manual. I do recommend that you start by trying to compile the test suite before doing anything else.</p>
