<DIV>Apparently, I needed to reboot the computer. After I shut it down
last night and restarted in this morning, the addendum section to the Windows
8.1 start page showed various Tex-related items. After trying some of
them, I found one that could open output generated by the Word-to-LaTEX plugin I
had installed into my Word program. I now have a link to that program in my
desktop task bar.</DIV>
