Will be using LyX to use it. But I will be need help specific to TeX/LaTeX. E.g., I'm on a Mac. I had the MacTeX 2010 installation, but created only a handful for small unimportant documents with it. Recently upgraded to 2011. Because I had created so few documents with 2010 I decided to trash it. The only folders or files I could be certain were associated with the 2010 installation were those in ~/usr/loca/texlive/2010.</span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: monospace; "> </span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: monospace; "><br></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: monospace; "><br></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: monospace; ">So, two questions. Am I in the right place to get beginner's help?
