I'm using XeLaTeX, and looking for a package that will let me set long tables with very fine grained control over the borders. Ideally, I'd like to be able to explicitly set the width, color and dash pattern of each edge (left, right, top, bottom) of each cell, row or column in the table. I looked at the colortbl package, but that seems to be mainly for setting the background color by column.<br>
