</div>Both your pdf and your latex output look fine to me, including heading<br>
and labels, etc. in the latex output. I strongly suspect the problem is<br>
that your pdf figure uses Helvetic and Helvetica-Bold fonts which are<br>
NOT embedded in the file, so whether you can see them, or whether they<br>
might be substituted by other fonts, is dependent on the rest of your<br>
system and the application you use to view the latex output with.<br>

I attach a version of your figure that uses embedded Nimbus fonts<br>
instead of Helvetica. (I generated this by printing your pdf to a file.)<br>
<br>
Try this on your system. If it works, you might then explore if/how you<br>
can force your R to embed fonts in its output. Or use acrobat or<br>
something else to embed the fonts.<br>
