I inspect the PDF file it looks good. But when I insert it into Latex the<br>
axis labels and the header (and all other text and numbers) are gone.<br>

I am using Texworks on Windows and have the following in my preamble<br>

\usepackage[pdftex]{graphicx,color}<br>
<br>
To include the PDF file i write<br>

\includegraphics{filename}<br>
<br>
I have done the same thing on a Mac and it worked fine.<br>
