I would like to set the headers for the endnotes section of a book, so the header of a given page will say, for example,<div>&quot;Notes from Chapter 3, Note 17 to Chapter 4, Note 3&quot;.  Suggestions about how to do this or what to read so I can figure it out would be greatly appreciated.</div>
