Hi I have a problem type setting a group of equations...<br>

<br>

I have 3 equations which I want one per line each with a \label on top

of that I want all the rows to be enclosed to the right with a } and

the entire group to have its own \label. In other words I want to be

able to \ref each eqn individually and also \ref the entire group...<br>

something like:<br>

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br>

2+2=3 &nbsp;&nbsp; (1a)&nbsp;&nbsp; \<br>

1+3=4&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (1b)&nbsp;&nbsp; }&nbsp; (1)<br>

5+3=7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (1c)&nbsp;&nbsp; /<br>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br>

I seem to have figured out how to do the layout except the

labels/numbering....<br>

anyone know how this is done??<br>
