1980s, I had an article published in the TUGBoat issue <b><span
style='font-weight:bold'>11(2), June 1990</span></b>. The title is <i><span
style='font-style:italic'>Easy Table</span></i> (page 250). This is a macro
package to typeset simple to complex tabular works that commercial typesetters do.
I did not promote this useful macro package and also haven’t used </span></font><font
size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'>TeX</span></font><font
size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'> over the
years. But recently, I have talked to a number of people who have used some of
the </span></font><font size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:10.0pt;
font-family:Arial'>TeX</span></font><font size=2 face=Arial><span
style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'> table packages, as well as other
commercial non-TeX softwares to typeset tables, and many of these users would
like to see <i><span style='font-style:italic'>Easy Table</span></i> introduced
to the </span></font><font size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:10.0pt;
font-family:Arial'>TeX</span></font><font size=2 face=Arial><span
style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'> community. This is after they have
used the <i><span style='font-style:italic'>Easy Table</span></i> macro package
and found out how flexible and versatile it can do for the professional tabular
work, i.e., meeting the most rigid requirements from the commercial publishing
industry.</span></font></p>
