Does anybody know which software can transfer .bmp file to
> .eps file? I got transparent graphs in .bmp, and I need to
> change it to .eps in order to paste to my .tex file.

A VFAQ (see, e.q., Q.100 in Robin's TeX FAQ): save it as a jpg (even
M$paint will do that) and then use jpeg2ps.
