don't know of software that does this well. I wrote a LaTeX to rtf
translator that does everything I want it to do (footnotes, bibliography,
some macro expansion,...) but doesn't do figures or complex math. I
refuse to translate LaTeX math into rtf, because rtf just isn't as
accomplished a math formatter as TeX. I've not seen a publisher unhappy
with an rtf version of a paper that is okay with all the text, plus a pdf
file for the figures and math.<br><br>
