[texhax] highly condensed font in a figure

For some reason the fd file sets up the "light condensed" font as c not lc so:

\usepackage[T1]{fontenc}
\usepackage{lmodern}
\usepackage{lipsum}

\begin{document}
\ttfamily\lipsum[1]

{\small\fontseries{c}\selectfont
\lipsum[1]}

\begin{figure}
{\small\ttfamily\fontseries{c}\selectfont
  \lipsum[1]}
\caption{Figure}
\end{figure}

\end{document}
