[texhax] Ruby dev to help add LaTeX reference to DevDocs.io?

Would anyone with Ruby knowledge like to add the LaTeX reference manual to DevDocs?

DevDocs[1] is an free and open source resource that "combines multiple API documentations in a fast, organized, and searchable interface." IMHO it's the kind of indexed, searchable documentation that is sorely absent for the LaTeX project.

The addition of the LaTeX reference manual[2] is currently on the DevDocs To Do list[3] .

The process of adding documentation[4] is to scrape an HTML source and open a pull request on GitHub. I'd love to add the LaTeX docs myself, but it's all written in Ruby and looks way over my head (I'd very likely bungle it).
