[texhax] Convert pdf to png or other picture format

It all depends at what resolution you need to view the
resulting PNG/JPG. If no more than screen resolution,
then a simple screen-capture will achieve all you need.
Otherwise Adobe Acrobat has a "Save as" command that will
allow you to save a PDF as (e.g.,) a JPG or a PNG.
