At the risk of being a pedant, the mailing list
macosx-tex at email.esm.psu.edu has been in existence a heck of a lot longer
than has MacTeX (which is a product) and has traditionally been available
to discuss any issues in respect of the use of TeX on a Mac, including
OzTeX (which was a great product and it remains a tremendous shame that
the developer lost interest in maintaining it).
