[texhax] \include{Chapter1} does not work

I cannot help with the latter part of your question ("usepackage{book} came
up with an error") but the former part may just be the result of a misunderstanding.
When you say "This missing Chapter1.tex may be the reason for my problem, but I
have not been able to make it appear.", do you realise that you have to /write/
Chapter 1, and save it in a file called "Chapter1.tex" in the same directory
as the file that tried to \include/\includeonly it ?
