[texhax] instalation of MiKTex

My name was with accent (Leôncio) in the Windows. I removed the accent (Leoncio) 
but the problem persisted.
I am not sure if I have implemented your instruction correctly.

Do you have non-ascii-chars in your user name or in the folder
names?
