You can create it yourself, for instance with TikZ/PGF.  It provides
good support for arrows.

Another possibility is to use the arrow from a font (the same you are
using when indicating a function) inside a LaTeX picture environment.
The second arrow must be rotated.  This is supported by LaTeX's
graphics package.  But some manual tweaking is required.
