Converting pdf files to html is not task of TeX.
What can be done? Use htlatex to generate html rather than pdf
However beamer is not supported, rewrite as powerdot (which is rather easy).
Adding Slidy http://www.w3.org/Talks/Tools/Slidy/#(1) allows
presentation like this

(made ONLY to check how it works)
