[texhax] chemical formulae

Hi all.

I need to put a lot of chemical structure formulae (mostly organic compounds) 
in my LaTeX document.
Until now, I used to draw the structures in a drawing software (Xfig) and then 
to include the eps version of the drawing with \includegraphics.
But I'm considering to do it directly in my LaTeX document.
Which package would you recommend me? chemtex, ochem, something else?
