"Header" is widely used in the TeX world (see, for example, The LaTeX
Companion). In any case, the solution is to combine graphicx and
fancyhdr (see the documentation for the latter for more complete
examples).

\usepackage{graphicx}

\begin{document}
\pagestyle{fancy}
