[texhax] Making Style or Class ?

Hi All...
I already using Latex for several years, but only "pasif".
Now I interesting to step foward, to creating something new, :)


I already make some symbol with metafont, and I want make a class or 
style that using those symbols.
and I can call mysymbol like,

usepackage{mysymbolpackage}
\begin{mysimbol}
and I something here
\end{mysimbol}

But the problem is I'm not yet understand how to create style/class :(.

Any idea what and where I can start ???

note :
 I'm sory for stupid quations and my bad english :(
