Also, I've had some decent results converting LaTeX to HTML with
latex2html -split 0 -no_math, then loading the resulting single HTML
file into MS Word.  The -no_math makes sure the equations are typeset
as images, so in the finished output, they should look just like they
were LaTeXed directly.
