[texhax] A different hyperref question

I finally discovered that adding the option dvipdfm to hyperref resulted
in losing the underlines on the links as I wanted. But it caused a new
set of errors that did not, however, appear to have any effect on the
output, either the dvi or pdf:
Package hyperref Warning: Token not allowed in a PDFDocEncoded string,
(hyperref) removing `math shift' on input line 1193.
Package hyperref Warning: Token not allowed in a PDFDocEncoded string,

What was on the lines 1193 and 2135 were section headers that had math in
them. These warnings did not appear until I added the dvipdfm option.
