[texhax] fancyhdr question

Hello,

I tried to find if there were any earlier post but I couldn't find. so I 
have the following problem. Our institute ask for the thesis to have 
header (such as author name and chapter name) in every page, including 
the first page of the chapter. I'm using fancyhdr package but I couldn't 
find a way to show header in this first page of chapter. Is there 
anybody that can help me?
