[texhax] Table problem

When I typeset

for some reason 1) There's no line on the right edge of the table,
despite the fact that I have a | after the last r in the tabular
command
2) The text in the parboxes is left aligned, despite the fact that I
have an r in the multicolumn command

Any help appreciated
