Try XeTeX under MacOS X, using the Code2000 font.

     http://tug.org/mailman/listinfo/xetex
     http://home.att.net/~jameskass/   (for Code2000 and Code2001)

If the Mac can display the font, then XeTeX can typeset with it,
creating a PDF directly.
