[texhax] price labels templates

I want to write a price_labels.tex in TeX for printing
price labels in 3*10 stick peel off sheets.
price_labels.tex was called by perl CGI. Data will be
produced by Perl. Start position for labels should be
passed to price_labels.tex because labels could be
started at 2 column and 3 rows. Every labels printed
has company image. The long text should be wrapped.

I am new to Tex(Latex). Does any body have experience
with this?

Any suggestion will be appeciated.
