Isn't Robohelp a commercial program? Have you checked the manual and 
tech support?

Assuming they didn't address this, one must then consider work-arounds.

I believe that the best thing to do would be to write really plain / 
straightforward LaTeX (or translate to that) and to then use latex2rtf 
to get a .rtf file which Robohelp (this is one of those over-grown .rtf 
-> Microsoft .hlp utilities, right?) can import.

If Latex2rtf won't work for you, you could try the commercial program 
tex2word (I believe the URL is http://www.tex2word.com )
