[texhax] Help with importing R file

Is R generating a PDF file, or an EPS file?

You say it works ok with pdflatex, which implies it is PDF, despite the
type="ps".  Indeed, such a graphic cannot be previewed in DVI mode (when
you run with latex).

If you can get R to generate an EPS file, then that should work with
latex + dvi.
