[texhax] Small case in header for Table of Contents and Bibliography

Hi,

I get a title case for the headers in all chapters except the TOC and 
Bibliography - where it appears in Upper case - as CONTENTS and 
BIBLIOGRAPHY.

What should I do to get it to appear in Title Case.

The preamble has the following:

\renewcommand{\thepage}{TOC-\arabic{page}}
\tableofcontents
\cleardoublepage

\bibliographystyle{plain}
\renewcommand{\thepage}{Bib-\arabic{page}}
\bibliography{myfile}
