[texhax] Too many math fonts

Thanks to all those who suggested possible causes for this funny message I 
was getting about too many math fonts.  I was using times with the bm.sty 
package.  I have since forgotten why I was using this particular package or 
what it does, but removing it also removed the problem with no discernable 
affect on output.  Many thanks again, friends.  ............Edgar
