Hmm, both passive and active ftp work for me to ftp.nluug.nl.

If you're still having trouble, you can try downloading from tug.org:
  ftp://tug.org/pub/comp/macosx/volumes/ii2/II2.dmg
Or via http:
  http://tug.org/ftp/pub/comp/macosx/volumes/ii2/ II2.dmg

If that fails too, all I can suggest is to ask your local sysadmins, if
any.  And test downloading from anywhere at all via ftp, for instance
ftp.cdrom.com.

Cool :).  I don't suppose you could convince ITC to release some free
fonts :)?
