[tex4ht] [bug #371] TikZ externalization and PDF images

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #371 (project tex4ht):

Here are modified usepackage.4ht and html4.4ht files, if anybody want to test
them. I had to zip the html4.4ht, because it is too large.
