[tex4ht] [bug #273] biblatex broken again

Follow-up Comment #12, bug #273 (project tex4ht):

can you update the source for ex.22 (and any others) in our repo, then? 

no idea about the indexes :(.

it would be nice to be able to type "make" and have those checks done, at
least. oh well, maybe someday.
