Details:

As reported on TeX.sx [1], there is missing support for \nameref* command from
Hyperref package. The problem is that hyperref detects tex4ht and it stops
loading before actual command is defined. It seems that copying the definition
of \@namerefstar from hyperref.sty to hyperref.4ht solves the issue. 

Patch for literate sources is attached.
