[tex4ht] Lualatex / ooffice

Thank you for your suggestions, Dr Hoftich. I ran:

make4ht -l pokus.tex  "xhtml,ooffice" "ooffice/! -cmozhtf"
      " -coo -cxtpipes -cvalidate"

and I presume that a report might be useful. A strange fact indeed.

This is my MWE (meaningless, just to test extended Latin characters and
Greek):

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
\documentclass{article}
\usepackage[greek,italian]{babel}
\usepackage[T1]{fontenc}
\usepackage[utf8]{luainputenc}
\begin{document}
uno due tre
\foreignlanguage{greek}{αβάὰ}
ésito àncora aíta æ Æ
Draußen währt am längsten.
\end{document}
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

This runs with no problems, but if I substitute 'german' to 'italian',
or if I add german to BABEL languages, and I use
\foreignlanguage{german{...}, as I should do, the compiler complains as
follows:

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
(/usr/local/texlive/2015/texmf-dist/tex/generic/tex4ht/ooffice.4ht
! String contains an invalid utf-8 sequence.
l.8236       {
             }{ą}
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

and the same up to line 8243.

I tried with Italian, English and British and it's all right.

If I substitute "french", regardless if I'm using German letters or just
French ones, I get this (lua03.tex is my test file):

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

again the exit code 256 discussed in another topic.

lua03.tmp is different if I run Italian/English or French:

ITALIAN-GERMAN-ENGLISH:

Interesting: the OpenOffice output is correct, anyway.

Versions:
ooffice.4ht	2015-09-29-15:23)
german.4ht	2009-05-21-09:32
french.4ht	2009-05-21-09:32

thank you for your kind attention!
