Details:

Tables and arrays are redefined in Memoir class, so they are completely broken
with tex4ht. Some additional features were added by memoir, but these doesn't
work. 

I've found some old answer of mine at TeX.sx [1] with proposed solution, which
works for my sample file. It fails with Memoir's extended syntax, but I think
we really need to support at least traditional tables and arrays.
