[tex4ht] tex4ht and \section, memoir

If I run

mk4ht oolatex on

\documentclass{memoir}
\begin{document}
\section{test}
Hello
\end{document}

it stumbles on \section

! Class memoir Error: Font command \tt is not supported.


l.8 \section{test}



(htlatex or {article} works). I know that memoir does not support \tt but
it is tex4ht which invokes it.

This error in TL2013 fully updated and also in one not updated after August
10 (so without the latest tex4ht update)
