[tex4ht] tex4ht vs pgf

returns an error
l.190   \pgfusepathqfill}

and cannot process further


(Fully updated TL 2013)

However everything works for TL 2013 not upgraded after August 10

Could it be

[Sun Sep  1 02:15:08 2013] update: tex4ht (31399 -> 31548)?
