[tex4ht] biblatex 2.3

Dear all,

You might be aware that biblatex has been upgraded to 2.3. I did a
thorough checking of TeX4ht's compatibility with biblatex and found
all example files generated the right kind of html as expected. So, we
can safely confirm that tex4ht will work with biblatex 2.3.
