[tex4ht] all in one html-file?

Hi again,
sorry this is getting very basic, but all I have been able to find out is
that people on the Internet are saying that on the webpage of texht, which
since seems to have disappeared, there used to be instructions on how to
make t4ht use the original graphic files when using \includegraphics.

Secondly I've tried to find options on how to make it move everything into
just 1 HTML-file. It seems that under the standard setup footnotes are put
in separate files. I have not been able to find instructions on that. Is the
solution to redefine \footnote to mean \endnote?
