[tex4ht] [bug #126] Please resume support for biblatex

For the moment, you can keep the file in your working directory.  

I gathered from your log that your tex4ht directory is:

  /usr/local/texlive/2009/texmf-dist/tex/generic/tex4ht/

Hence, biblatex.4ht should go there.
