[tex4ht] oolatex and hyperref

    I see. The point is that oolatex is not installed by TeXLive 2009
    and that it is hard to find in the docu that you always have the
    opportunity to use mk4ht.

Updating the T4HT doc is not an easy thing to do.  When we get that far,
there will be plenty of things to update, I'm sure, including the
pared-down list of commands now in TL.
