[tex4ht] oolatex and hyperref

I've once again tested in a macbook that has TeXLive 2009,
could not find any problems.

You seem to have problems with hyperref.

Can you please do the following from a terminal and send me 'daniel.log'?

 mk4ht oolatex s 1>daniel.log
