Subject: [tex-pretest] Web2C 7.3.4 - a pretest version.

I've uploaded web2c sources that contain most of the work I needed to
do to incorporate the TeX-live 6 changes.  I call this 7.3.4.  There
are still some things to be done before it is in a releasable state,
which will be 7.3.5 (I think).  These include:

- Documentation needs to be updated.
- Search algorithm needs revision.
- Use libtool instead of klibtool.

Also

- Incorporate latest Omega?
- Update texmf tree.

Please look them over and check whether I haven't done something
disastrously wrong.
